Who I am

Payn Media is the trading name of Reece Payne, a sole trader based in Exeter/Devon. For privacy questions, email reece@paynmedia.com.

What I collect

When you use the contact form or email/WhatsApp me, I receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, and your message. If we work together I may also hold project briefs, invoices and delivery details needed to complete the job.

Why I use it

I use enquiry and project information to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and discuss the work
  • Plan, shoot, edit and deliver content
  • Invoice and keep basic business records

The lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to people who contact me) and, where we enter a contract, performance of a contract.

How the contact form works

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, service interest and message are sent securely to reece@paynmedia.com using an email delivery service (Resend). I use that information only to reply to your enquiry. I do not store form submissions in a separate website database.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated and — where required — consent will be asked before non-essential cookies are set.

Sharing

I do not sell your personal information. Enquiry details are processed by my email provider (and the form email delivery service) so I can receive and reply to messages. I only share information where needed to run the business or where the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as required for normal business and tax purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, delete it, or restrict how it’s used, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact reece@paynmedia.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Updates

I may update this policy when the site or how I handle data changes. The date at the top will change when I do.
